The Kansas City Dietitian Collective has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be accepted via email, text, or voicemail. There will be no fee if the appointment is canceled before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $50 late fee will be assessed. If you fail to show up for your appointment or you cancel after the start of your session you will be charged a $75 no show fee. The card on file will be charged for all fees. This fee can not be billed to insurance and is the responsibility of the patient.
